Q. What money is due when I submit my application?

A. $35 application fee and a nonrefundable security deposit.

 

Q. How much is the secutity deposit?

A. The deposit is $250 and is refundable.

 

Q. Do you offer short term leases?

A. We offer 3, 6, 10 and 12 month leases. For lease terms other than 12 months, short term fees apply.

 

Q. Do you provide 24 hour maintenance?

A. Yes, we provide 24 hour maintenance.

 

Q. Do you allow pets?

A. We allow 2 pets per apartment, which include dogs under 50lbs, cats, fish and birds. Fees and breed restrictions apply. Approval must be obtained before acquiring a pet.

 

Q. Is there onsite parking?

A. There is onsite parking and parking is on a first come first serve basis. We ask that residents and their guests be courteous to each other and do not park against the wall as it makes it very difficult for others to pull in and out of the parking spaces. In addition, it creates a hazard for both your vehicle and others. The Town of Farmville has given permission to park on Wiley and Winston Street.

 

Q. When is rent due?

A. Rent in due on the first day of each month.

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept checks, cashier checks, and money orders as methods of payments. All payments must be made to Churchill Apartments.

 

Q. Do you accept cash?

A. No, we do not accept cash.
